The Minemoon was a mining moon that orbited Mimban. A number of Mimbanese miners worked on the Minemoon, and uncovered an ancient artifact known as the Mindsplinter. "Ren," the leader of the dark side organization known as the Knights of Ren, wished to steal the artifact, attacking the miners on the Minemoon.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Minemoon first appeared in The Rise of Kylo Ren 4, a comic written by Charles Soule, illustrated by Will Sliney, and published by Marvel Comics[2] on March 11, 2020.[4] While previous sources have established Mimban to be in the Expansion Region,[1] The Rise of Kylo Ren 4 placed the Minemoon in the Mid Rim.[2]
