EE'zok

EE'zok was a human member of the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate who worked as a contract broker in the city of Bestine on the planet Tatooine during the Imperial Era.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] they were tasked by the syndicate's leader, Lady Qi'ra, to recruit Ays Varga, a superweapons engineer who defected from the Galactic Empire.[1]

When Varga stopped responding to communications, EE'zok hired the scoundrel Kay Vess to find her. Varga had intended to make a deal with pirates, who subsequently sold her out to the Empire, but Vess was able to rescue the engineer and bring her to the moon Toshara.[1]

Behind the scenes

EE'zok appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws. In the syndicate quest "Defector," after the player rescues Varga, they can convince her to either join Crimson Dawn or the Hutt Cartel, which is also interested in the engineer. If the player sides with Crimson Dawn, EE'zok has them take Varga to Eleera Soi; if the Hutts were chosen, EE'zok contacts them after the quest's conclusion, displeased.[1]
