An author, also known as a novelist, was an individual who wrote books. The historian Eloc Throno was the author of Traveler's Guide to Batuu and a dozen more travel guides.[1] By 35 ABY, Darth Sidious wrote The Secrets of the Sith, in which he recorded his knowledge about the origin and history of the Sith Order as well as covering much of Sidious' own history as a Sith Lord from his time as the Sith apprentice of Darth Plagueis to his political rise to power as Sheev Palpatine.[2]
