Asgard sensors are highly advanced sensors used by the Asgard and Tau'ri.
Overview

They can scan through Goa'uld shields[1] and pinpoint life signs from far away and are also what allows their beaming technology to lock on to an object so accurately.
They are also capable of detecting Replicators,[2] the presence of symbiotes,[1] and distinguishing between Jaffa and human lifesigns. A lesser version of this technology was installed on the Earth ships of the Daedalus-class to allow rudimentary function.
History

Once aboard an Asgard ship, the first thing the Replicators would do was disable the sensors capable of detecting them. (SG1: "Nemesis")
In 2000, when Replicators took over Thor's ship, the Biliskner, Major Sam Carter was able to see Teal'c and Colonel Jack O'Neill with thermal sensors but wasn't able to see Replicators with them. (SG1: "Nemesis")
The Asgard scanned for any subspace anomalies that would indicate Supergate activity. (SG1: "Crusade")
In 2006, during the Tau'ri's encounter with the Rand Protectorate's Ori satellite, Colonel Lionel Pendergast asked Carter to get all functioning internal Asgard beam sensors back online so the crew of the Prometheus could abandoned ship before it was destroyed. (SG1: "Ethon")
