UAZ-452

The UAZ'-452' is a off-road van made at the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (Ulyanovsky Avtomobilny Zavod).

Because of the external similarities with a loaf of bread, the car became known as «Bukhanka» ( loaf) in Russian, while ambulance versions were nicknamed "Tabletka" (pill).

These vans appear to have been left by the former inhabitants of Chernobyl as these vehicles are found all-throughout the Zone, though already rusted and seemingly unusable from the years under the elements of nature.
