She is a female blue whale with a lighter colored underside. She also wears light green shorts and a pink tutu.

The tutu whale is one of the contestants in the Bikini Bottom Dance-A-Thon, where her act is balancing a beach ball on her head while balancing on her right flipper. She gets a total score of 23.5 from the judges.

She appears as one of the characters in the pyramid trying to escape Q.T.-π.
