She has blond hair, a white pale face, and a scarlet outfit. She also has white earrings. She owns a grey horse named Duke.
History
When Pru fell in the second round, it was suspected that Rose was behind it. However, Rose's performance was also sabotaged and it eventually turned out that the real culprit was her former friend Eliza, who was disqualified. Later, Rose begins to be nicer to Pru and Chica Linda, who saved her life when she was also sabotaged, saying that Pru's riding was some of the best she had ever seen, and apologized for not passing on Pru, Chica Linda, or their style riding with the respect they deserved. Later, she joins her new friends for ice cream.
