Mystery - Mare, Horse and Only Close Friend of Maricela. Mystery is a very beautiful horse with golden color who became a decorated show horse at a young age. At some point, she ran away from her former owner Eliza Eaton when she tried to find Mystery a new owner.
After a bandit, Samuel Hayes, tried to steal her so he could sell her to make money, she managed to escape from him. She then met the PAL for the first time but ran away again. During their meeting, Spirit immediately formed an attraction to Mystery, which Mystery later reciprocated when she got stuck in a thorn and was found by the PAL; Spirit helped free her. Mystery ran away again, but secretly followed the PAL back to Miradero. There, she met Maricela for the first time and found a liking for her like Maricela did for Mystery, since they both shared a fondness for fancy things.
When Samuel Hayes showed up in town under the name Carlisle and convinced the PAL and Al Granger that he was Mystery's true owner, Mystery got scared upon seeing him and ran away, which made Lucky suspicious. When the PAL found her again outside Maricela's house, Maricela, with the help of Turo, agreed to help keep Mystery hidden while the PAL searched for her true owner.
When Lucky found out the Eliza Eaton was Mystery's true owner, she returned to Miradero to bring Mystery to Eliza. Maricela, having formed a very strong bond with Mystery while hiding her, was disappointed to see her leave. This caused her to come after Mystery. At Diamond Gulch, Eliza Eaton saw the strong bond and decided to let Mystery stay with Maricela.
Mystery: She can take care of herself, she can bow and kneel, she listens to Maricela's confidences, she went to town with Maricela, is: the purest and noblest filly, recorded in the city horse register, cannot imagine his life without Maricela, has no friends in Miradero.
Mystery: Means a lot to Maricela, is loyal only to Maricela, loves Maricela very much, cares for Maricela, takes care of Maricela, will do anything for Maricela, helps Maricela, trusts Maricela, feels best in Maricela's company, sees everything beautiful in Maricela, is happy that she has a new, close and only true friend called Maricela, a show horse, a perfect mare for Maricela, has: class, manners, elegance, great taste, high expectations, like: natural perfume from herbs and flowers and eat: macaroons and cookies.
Mystery's enemies are Samuel Hayes. Mystery is not interested in stallions from the Palomino Fault and from Miradero. She is the acquaintance of Chica Linda, Boomerang, Spirit Jr, Señor Carrots, Junipero, Tugaboo. Despite Mystery best efforts to join the PAL group, she did not become a member of PAL and is not a friend of Chica Linda, Boomerang, Spirit Jr. Mystery and Maricela are not invited to Miradero. Mystery doesn't believe in love at first sight. The most important person in Mystery's life and heart is Maricela Gutierrez.
