Eliza Moreno was one of Rose's friends and a competitor in the dressage competitions. She, while adequate at dressage, was not as experienced as the other competitors and ended up sabotaging others's acts after having had enough of losing. Once her cover was blow by Lucky Prescott she got thrown out of the Farmbrook Arena. Probably was her friendship with Rose and the twins Jo and Caroline over after this.
