Areas 2 (Spectrobes) 1 (Beyond the Portals)

Genshi is a jungle and lava planet, and the first planet in the Nanairo system. This planet is home to a Spectrobes research laboratory led by Professor Wright. Most of the minerals that can be found here are not that powerful, and the fossils are common.

Area 1

Area 1 is a jungle area that also contains ponds with giant lilypads. Rallen initially comes to this area to meet with Professor Wright, however he must first rescue Professor Wright from the Krawl Vortexes. Upon saving Professor Wright, he will give Rallen an Aopod. The Krawl in this area include Blovant and Swatrap, and are fairly easy to defeat.

Area 2

Area 2 is a lava area containing flowing lava streams that leads to a massive lava-filled crater. You come to this area late in the game, in search for Tindera, the Ultimate Form Spectrobe contained within the Flame Geo. The Relic Crystal obtained on Himuro is used to harden the lava flows leading to and around the crater. An altar containing the Geo is revealed to be in the centre of the now-accessible crater. The minerals in this area are very potent, and the rare Ruby mineral can be found within the hardened crater. The Krawl here are somewhat strong, with the only two species found here being Volnoots and Volzepis.

Spectrobes: Beyond The Portals

In Spectrobes: Beyond The Portals, the second area with the lava flows is unaccessible. For story purposes, you need to revisit the planet twice. The first reason you have to come here is to defeat the Krawl lurking in the forest, which happens to be Jado. The second reason is because you need to bring the museum curator, Webster to the destroyed tower for clues to defeat the Krawl.
