The Sweep-bot,[1] also referred to as the Swatbot,[2] is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. They were mass-produced creations of Dr. Ivo Kintobor, and an alternate counterpart of the SWATbot, built to clean up Moebius.
Appearance
Sweep-bots possess a similar appearance to their Prime counterparts, meaning they are bulky white and gray humanoid robots with dome-like heads with a red light on top, a single red "eye", and spikes on their heels and shoulders. Unlike their Prime counterparts, however, Sweep-bots wear small white aprons with pink fringes.
History
The Sweep-bots were created by Dr. Ivo Kintobor to clean up litter left behind by the Anti-Freedom Fighters and to keep Anti-Mobius clean.[2][1]
Personality
While little of the Sweep-bot's personality is known, they appear to be completely loyal to Dr. Ivo Kintobor.[1]
Powers and abilities
Sweep-bots are proficient in using brooms to sweep up litter and trash.[2][1]

- In Sonic the Hedgehog #24, they were refered to as SWATbots by Scourge the Hedgehog. This was likely a result of the creators not having the idea that they would be cleaning robots, leading to them being renamed "SWEEPbots".
