Star (Power-Up)

The Star^[1] is a Power-Up that appears in Sonic Rivals. When obtained, it can trigger a Signature Move.

Description

As its name implies, the Star takes the appearance of a floating, five-pointed golden star. It also gives off a faint glow.

Overview

Stars can be found in various places inside the normal Acts of Sonic Rivals where they can be picked up upon touch. Once obtained, the characters are granted one use of their personal Signature Move. The effects are the same regardless of the user's current position in the race. To utilize a Star in gameplay, the player has to press .
