Sonic subsequently met the descendants of the Knothole Freedom Fighters, and joined with them to form the Freedom Fighters of the Galaxy. As a member of this group, Sonik battled with the robotic Brass Knuckles, as well as with the malevolent planet devourer, Robolactus.[1][2]
