Rebel Wisp Blue is a character that appears in Sonic Colors: Rise of the Wisps. He is a Blue Wisp, and was a companion to Sonic the Hedgehog and Miles "Tails" Prower during the Planet Wisp incident as well as the leader of the Rebel Wisps.
Appearance
Blue resembles a standard Blue Wisp having a cube-shaped head with three Yellow eyes on the front, and three rectangle-like tentacles stemming from his bottom. Also, on the along the top of his head he has a navy blue bandanna that is visibly torn towards the end.

Personality
Blue has a stoic personality, being the commander of the Rebel Wisps. He was also willing to sacrifice himself for Jade, and help Sonic in taking down Metal Sonic.
Powers and abilities
Rebel Wisp Blue is able to levitate in midair at will, which serves as his main method of transportation. As a trait shared by his species, Blue is able to generate and store their own unique variant of a powerful energy inside their own body. Blue can also pass on a fraction of this energy by phasing into the recipient. He can also use this energy to turn the user into a cube for a short time.
