Over Charge[1] is a move that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by IDW Publishing. It is used by Surge the Tenrec when over charged and can deliver a power bolt of electricity to her enemies.
Description
When Surge is fully powered up, she delivers a large amount of electrical energy that can be directed to multiple targets in one strike, as shown when she managed to take out Sonic, Eggman, and Clutch all at once, even causing Clutch to be knocked out for a long period of time. There are downsides to using this ability, as it drains Surge and causes her to collapse once used.[1]
