Miller (original French name Schtroumpf Meunier) is a character who only appears in the comic books. He's the miller of the village responsible for bringing flour to Baker for his pastries and bread baking. He wears a blue-and-white striped Smurf hat and the clothes of a Dutch mill operator.
He appears in "Can't Smurf Progress", where he gets help from Lazy to deliver his cargo using Handy's machine. Later, he asks Handy for a machine of his own. He also appears in "Smurf & Turf" as one of the Smurfs who takes a vacation at Smurf Paradise, whose absence from the Smurf Village causes problems as he doesn't have a Smurf to replace him at his job.
Miller is mentioned in The Smurfs 2: The Prisoner of the Green Stone by Storm, though he does not physically appear in the game.
