A Cryscada is the ghouled version of Crystalyds, extremely rare and powerful diggers.

Protoform
Its body is mostly black, with two sky-blue rocks on its belly. Its arms are thin and sky-blue, and the sclera of its eyes is deep red, with a white iris and a black pupil. On its head is a kind of blue stone resembling a helmet, sky-blue in color, with a white triangle on it and a white dot in the center. On its upper body are slightly stiff sky-blue antennae, and small white lines on the left side of each one.

Trivia
- The main possible reason why Crystalyds are rarely seen ghouled is because they rarely surface to the ground which would protect them from being caught and ghouled. That was until all slugs were being mass corrupted through their respective Elemental Slug in "Return of the Elementals".
