The Dorel Party (ドレル・パーティー Doreru Pātī) was the Outlaw organization led by the Flame Haze "Performer of Depressing Dreams" Dorel Kubelík. Its board of advisers were known as "Kubelík's Orchestra" (クーベリックのオーケストラ Kūberikku no Ōkesutora). Since 200 years ago, the Dorel Party had provided strong support for Flame Haze activity, especially in Europe, and acted as the central Outlaw among all other Outlaws in the world, regulating other Outlaws and managing their financial affairs.
Background
The Dorel Party was a weathered building made from dulled red bricks located in a wharf warehouse district. Lanterns were hung from either side of the entrance. On a crude hanging sign was the name the building used for operating as a bar on the outskirts of town.[1]
The Dorel Party had escaped from five attacks from Bal Masqué over 200 years.[2] Boasting a large number of Flame Haze, its military strength was such that Sydonay would have some difficulty against them if he fought them head-on.[3] Wielding the spear-shaped Treasure Tool Shintetsu Nyoi, Sydonay launched a surprise attack on the Outlaw, annihilating it and many members, including humans, Dorel, Paula Klecki and Baudo.
Afterwards, the information exchange, transportation, and financial assistance for Flame Haze fell into disorder after the sudden loss of the Dorel Party and other Outlaw leaders such as Pietro Monteverdi. Fortunately, Dorel had pursued the dispersion of Dorel Party functions before his death, and therefore damage caused by the main headquarters' destruction was kept to a minimum. Several months after the Dorel Party's destruction, Sophie Sawallisch, who had become the head of Outlaw, was able to unify its members. The functions Dorel had moved elsewhere were accumulated and began being restored at the headquarters, but as this was occurring, Outlaw was forced to enter war against Bal Masqué.
