Guru Yash

Guru Yash, one of the many members of the traditional Hindu temples, is a minor character in Season One of Sense8. While Kala prepares for her upcoming wedding, Yash appears to warn her that her husband and father-in-law are using their political connections to abolish the long-running Hindu traditions and religion to westernize India, continuing that her inaction will keep her from praying to Ganesh.

After an attack on Manendra at a temple, he and followers of Ganesha praise her and proclaim that the gods worked through her. Through Will, she threatens to get violent if Tash did not refrain from touching her and that his followers leave her in peace.
