The Crondis mask is a reward found in the Crondis Tomb within Crondis's pyramid after completion of the Crocodile Tears quest.
It can also be used as a cosmetic override called Pantheon (Crondis) Mask.
Swim through the underwater tunnel accessed from within Crondis's pyramid (look for circular waves) to access the tomb where the mask is found.
