Regan is a female character who appears in Classic Mode. She can only be played by pure chance at the start of a Classic Mode round.
Appearance
Regan wears a white laced bralette with a gold choker necklace and a white skirt with floral prints. She also wears three thin golden thigh accessories and a tattoo of a decorated arrow on her back. She has her golden-blonde hair, decorated with flowers, tied into a messy bun. She has a sickly pale ivory complexion and the "Semi Colon Open Paren" face.

- Regan is one of the twenty-four females that were added to [WIP] Flicker in 2017.
- Regan has been previously removed from the game on March 1st, 2020.
- She was readded on July 19th, 2020.
- The name Regan (/ˈɹi.gən/) means "The King's Child" and "Big King" in Ancient Gaelic.
- Regan is a unisex name; this name can be given to boys, girls, and anybody in between.
- Regan is one of the three characters in Flicker to have a visible tattoo, the others being Aurora and Evaline.
