Vic Fisher is a a former military personnel who unintentionally killed Philip Chu.
History
In his school days, Vic had a rivalry Philip Chu before the two became friends. Vic followed Philip into the military despite Philip urging him to start a carpentry business.
One day, Vic and Philip were tasked with negotiating with with a group who took over a school. Vic shot at one of the men as he reached into his pocket, later learning it was a picture of his kids, and Philip died in the fire fight. Afterwards he was discharged. Afterwards he started his hard wood sanding business.
Vic tried to return philip's dog tags to his family, but loses them as he heads to their apartment. He takes this as a sign that he should leave the family alone.
Winston Chu Duology
Winston Chu Versus the Whimsies
Three years after Philip’s death, Vic meets up with two of his children, Philippa and Winston, at Golden Gate Park. After telling them how their father died, Winston and Philippa reveal they are wearing their father’s tags after they were mailed to them with no return address. Vic says he has no idea how they got them. Vic apologizes again and heads back to work.
Appearance
Vic is a man who brown eyes and a flattop wedge.
Personality
In his youth, Vic was competitive with loyal. However after Philip's death, he became consumed by guilt.
