Pilotry was the skill of operating vehicles capable of traveling through the air, water, or space. Characters of Rebel Moon even use this skill to travel between stars.
Skill users
Devra Bloodaxe piloted her own fighter ship against the Imperium during the Battle of Veldt. Piloting a fighter would have required more skill than flying a ship for mere travel, as out-maneuvering Imperium ships would pose a much more intense challenge.
Kora was capable of operating multiple spacecraft. She used this skill to defect from the Motherworld and find her way to Veldt with the royal dropship, then to fly Kai's freighter after his death.
Kai was a professional interstellar pilot capable of using his Tawau-class freighter to carry people and goods across the galaxy confidently and casually.
Other pilots
Many characters throughout the Realm were capable of operating such vehicles due to the common practice of interplanetary travel. The Bloodaxe insurgents notably had many fighter ships with pilots, as did the Imperium.
