EnEn (エンエン)? is an All Stars character. A timid fox who attends Fairy Academy, and often has trouble speaking his mind. He is at first pressured into helping Gureru and his shadow steal the Cures' transformation devices, but soon regrets his actions and gets help from the Doki Doki! Cures to save Fairy Academy.
In New Stage 3, he and Gureru are officially Cure Echo's fairy partners.
Bio
Appearance
EnEn appears as a small fox with tan, and beige fur. He is seen wearing a light blue hood in the movie.
Personality
EnEn is initially a very shy and timid introvert, easily succumbing to peer pressure. However, he becomes braver after meeting and befriending the Pretty Cure and Gureru.
Relationships
- Gureru: In New Stage 2, Gureru taunts EnEn, telling him that he is way better than the Pretty Cure. However, EnEn is also aware that Gureru is never a bad person, as he is the only classmate to interact with him often. In the end, they become friends. In New Stage 3, both fairies also become Sakagami Ayumi's fairy partners.
- Sakagami Ayumi: In New Stage 3, Ayumi asks Gureru and EnEn to be her partners. Both of the fairies agree, befriending her.
Etymology
EnEn is a Japanese onomatopoeia that means "to cry out loud".
History
New Stage 2
EnEn is one of the many fairies in Fairy Academy, and dreams of being a Pretty Cure's partner. Gureru then sees EnEn smiling and laughing while reading the Pretty Cure Textbook, and soon gets scared by Gureru's sudden appearance. Both of them have laughs, while Gureru also makes jokes to EnEn. Gureru then takes EnEn with him to go to a sacred room. While EnEn waits for Gureru to come out of the room, he gets dragged into Gureru and Kage's scheme, and has no choice but to join them.
EneEn then watches fearfully as Kage crystalizes most of the Cures and steal the Cures' transformation items. EnEn then meets Miyuki, when he tries to sneak behind the Smile! Cures as instructed by Kage. EnEn is then told by Miyuki after she was defeated to find the Doki Doki! Cures.
After the Doki Doki! Cures comfort EnEn and Gureru, EnEn and Gureru have to go though many of Kage's clones to save the mascots that are trapped in the Fairy Waterfall. EnEn and Gureru then almost fall to their end, until Pop rescues them and Gureru later frees the other mascot with his sword with EnEn's help. EnEn and the other fairies also cheer the Cures on during their final fight against Kage.
After the Cures purified Kage, who then comes to terms with Gureru, EnEn and Gureru help the Cures restore the broken Academy and have their party.
New Stage 3
In Fairy School, EnEn and Gureru are writing down what they learnt from their teacher on fairy partners. Both of them show the class the Miracle Lights and what to do when a Pretty Cure is in a pinch. After class, EnEn and Gureru learn from their teacher that new Pretty Cure known as the Happiness Charge Pretty Cure have appeared. The two then set off to see the Doki Doki! Pretty Cure to help them locate the Happiness Charge Pretty Cure.
By the end of this movie, EnEn and Gureru become Ayumi's fairy partners.
Haru no Carnival♪
EnEn, along with Gureru, are seen among the students during the trailer of Haru no Carnival.
