Yukito

Yukito Kanai (金井幸人) (born October 11) is a Filipino-Japanese singer, actor and MC under AQ Prime Music. He is the leader of the boy group, BILIB and was a former member of the boy group, Press Hit Play.

Career

2021–2022: Press Hit Play

On August 6, He debuted with the group, Press Hit Play and they released theie first debut digital single, “WIN”.^[1]

On April 25, 2022, Evosound has announced that Yukito has departed from the group and his agency.

2023–present: Debut with BILIB

On June 23, he was publicly introduced as the leader and third member of AQ Prime Music's first idol group, BILIB.^[2] They debuted on July 7, 2023 with their first debut single, "Kabanata".

• He was the leader of a cover group called ZeroToHero (Z2H) which were the Philippines representatives for the Korean Cover Dance Festival 2015.
  • In Z2H, he was a groupmate of VXON's C13, SB19's Josh and JP (his fellow groupmate in Press Hit Play).
• He was the Top 4 finalist of Hello K-Idol reality show by Viu.
• He hosted events such as KPOP Coalesce 3, KCDF 2017 pre-event, Asian Context Exposition 2017 and Hallyu Hype Night 2019.
• He trained in Korea under RBW Entertainment.
• Yukito has acted in an episode of ABS-CBN’s Maalaala Mo Kaya in 2016.
• He worked as a translator for popular Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK.
