Limuel Panaligan Mendoza (born September 28, 1998) known by his stage name E.L. Mendoza is a Filipino trainee. He is best known for being a contestant on the reality survival show, Top Class.

On June 6, 2022 E.L. was revealed as a trainee along with other participating trainees through Top Class’s Official SNS account. His profile photo was posted the same day.[1] Unfortunately, he was eliminated in Episode 9 of the show.
