Princess Rabago Labay (born March 30, 2002) known by her stage name, Cess, is a Filipino singer. She was a former 1st Generation member of the girl group, MNL48.
Career
2018–2019: MNL48
On April 28, 2018, she joined the group as a 1st Generation member.
On May 2, 2018, she was promoted to Team MII.
On November 5, 2019, HHE terminate her contract due to her violations.
