Shingen is the Warlord of the Ground-type Kingdom of Terrera in Pokémon Conquest. He is the rival of Illusio kingdom Kenshin. Lively and mischievous, his self-confidence seems to know no bounds. He is Kenshin's lifelong rival.
Main Story
The Hero/ine can challenge him or Kenshin to battle after conquering the kingdoms of Violight, Chrysalia, and Pugilis but is refused on the first visit until the Hero/ine evolves to Rank 2. After which his subordinates Yukimura and Kunoichi battle the Hero/ine in Pugulis or Chrysalia. After the Hero/ine wins they head to Terrera to battle Shingen and his troops. When the Hero/ine wins He and Kenshin join him/her to stop Nobunaga.
Special Story (Archenemies)
Tired of the countless battles he and Kenshin have, the two agree that the first to either conquer kingdoms or defend kingdoms 5 times is superior. When Shingen wins, he comments about how he's getting old and tells Yukimura that he will replace him.
