Kimono Girl (まいこはん Dancing Girl) is a recurring type of trainer class. The five of them were introduced in the Generation II games and appear as young women dressed in kimonos who all dance in the Ecruteak City dance hall. In the Generation IV remakes, their roles in the game are boosted slightly and the player encounters them all over the Johto region before battling them.

Trivia

  • The Kimono Girls appear in Pokémon the Series under the name of Kimono Sisters. In the English dub, they retained their Japanese name rather than their localized English names.
  • They all use the five different evolutions of Eevee that were available during Generation II.
