Hodge

Hodge is a character appearing in Pokémon Journeys: The Series.

Biography

Hodge first appeared while Ash and Goh were visiting the Hoenn region. He was competing in the Battle Frontier Flute Cup. He had a positive relationship with Ash, being friendly rivals, but he didn't get along so well with Goh. He went up against Goh in the first round, beating both Goh's Scyther and Scorbunny with only his Mightyena. Hodge went on to reach the final round, where he went up against Ash. After a tough battle, Ash managed to beat him. Hodge congratulated Ash on his win, saying that it was the best battle he ever had, before saying goodbye and leaving.
