Ucchi is an airport ground support vehicle who works at the Haneda Airport in Tokyo. He carries a ramp on his back, designed to help other cars board airplanes. He is a 2003 Terebi T-Star 1000.

In Cars 2, Ucchi appears on the airport ramp when Acer and Grem chase down Mater and Finn McMissile.

In Cars 2: The Video Game, on the Airport Showdown track, several airport ground support vehicles can be seen, Ucchi is likely one of them.

Cars Daredevil Garage

In Cars Daredevil Garage Ucchi is available to race when purchased.

Cars 3: Driven to Win

In Cars 3: Driven to Win, on the Airport Runway Rally, Ucchi and the Lavatory Services truck both make a cameo.
