History

In Cars 3, Biz Torqsen is one of the reporters speaking with Lightning McQueen after the race at the Heartland Motor Speedway, asking him if he will make a comment about Cal Weathers' retirement. Later, when McQueen arrives at the Rust-eze Racing Center, Biz asks him if he has considered retiring.

Biz Torqsen is a mid-size car with a chrome grille and rims. She is painted gray wearing black headphones with chrome and yellow earmuffs, and a microphone attached to her right wheel.
