Frank is Boomer's sidekick. He is the secondary antagonist of the Rescue Wheels sub-series, who debuted in the Season 10 episode, "Rescue Wheels: Pups Save Adventure Bay!" of PAW Patrol.
Bio
Frank is a ferret and Boomer's sidekick. He accompanies him for all of his risky stunts, despite wanting to back-out sometimes. Though he mainly supports Boomer, there are a few instances where he is shown to cheer and support Roxi for her stunts and rescues.
