Biography 1
I don’t mind telling you. I had a friend once, as a human.
Back then, I wasn’t as cute as I am now. I used to be as ugly as this mask. So no matter what I did, everybody still hated me. But he was different. He said: “It doesn’t matter what you look like. It’s what’s in your heart that’s most important.”
To be honest, I don’t know if spirits have hearts. All that I know is, he was the only one who was nice to me.
Biography 2
So I was nice back to him. Whatever he wanted, I’d do my best to give it to him. I finally had a friend like other people did, a best friend. Several years later, he became an adult but I’d stayed the same as before. He had a wife and children. He was busy all the time, and didn’t have time to play with me. Every time I went to see him, he’d have an excuse.

One day I couldn’t stop myself from going to his house. I stood outside but didn’t dare go in, and heard him say to his wife: “That ugly freak’s finally stopped coming here. He’s been a thorn in my side for years.”
Can you imagine how I felt? I thought he was my friend, but he just felt sorry for me. He hated me but he pretended to be nice to me. He lied.
Humans hate ugly spirits.
But the ugliest thing in the world is the human heart.
I peeled my face off again and again, and made those faces into masks. After mutilating myself countless times, I gradually became as cute as I am now.
Hehehe, now it’s my turn to get revenge on those disgusting, ugly humans! But don’t underestimate me. I won’t show any mercy.
