Redwolf is a fair-skinned man with blonde hair, a square jaw and a cleft mouth. He wears frilled shoulder pads with a furred cape, a leather vest, a pair of dark brown gloves, gray pants with a belt, and boots. Due to eating a Wolf SMILE, he has a red furred wolf protruding out of his belly.[1] As a Gifter, he wears a pair of black horns.[3]
Personality
Redwolf appears to be quite ambitious, wanting to be elevated to the position of Tobiroppo, and was willing to throw himself into battle to achieve his goals.[1] This is more explicit in the anime, where he yells that he intends to claim the position himself.[4]
As a Gifter, Redwolf has consumed a Wolf SMILE (狼のSMILE,Ōkami no Sumairu?),[2] giving him a wolf protruding out of his torso.[1]
Weapons
Redwolf wields two knives, which he holds in a reverse grip. His proficiency with them is unknown.[1]

Wano Country Arc
During the Raid on Onigashima, Redwolf participated in the initial rush of Gifters attacking Luffy and Zoro. He ran alongside Zoro and Luffy, and his wolf attempted to bite the two Straw Hats, though his own mouth was instead bitten shut by Luffy.[1]
