Short Summary
As the Giant Warrior Pirates defend against Saturn, Bonney regains her Nika form, she and Luffy knock away Saturn. As Dr. Vegapunk's message continues, he mentions on how history and fate are tied to elimination of the few living descendants of rare species. He believes that people should be to take care of themselves as they would head towards a new era. As the Thousand Sunny is landing towards the sea, Vegapunk believes the fate of the world is tied to whoever gets the One Piece.
Long Summary
The Giant Warrior Pirates defend against Saturn's onslaught, and Luffy readies another attack but stops when he sees Bonney has recovered and turned back into her Gear 5 imitation. He instead deflects one of Saturn's legs aiming for her. When she gets in the air, Luffy tells her to attack him herself. Meanwhile, Dr. Vegapunk tells the world that the day the history of the Void Century will come and reiterates how once again the continents of the world were sunk by the Ancient Weapons of the past. He also declares that someone is trying to erase the descendants of the rare races, such as the Buccaneers, Lunarians, and Three-Eye Tribe.
Bonney yells to Saturn that she wants to settle the score with him as Luffy continues to block his attacks. With the memories of Saturn's cruelty to both Kuma and Ginny flowing through her mind, Bonney angrily and tearfully denounces Saturn and the rest of the Five Elders as gods, but she states that gods and heroes do exist, and although she dearly wanted to live with her parents as a family, she is going to honor their wishes to keep on living. Together, Bonney and Luffy unleash simultaneous attacks on Saturn, which were powerful enough to blast Saturn to pieces and send him falling toward the ocean, with everyone cheering and Kuma smiling. Everyone then notices the Thousand Sunny falling out of the sky.
Vegapunk tells the world that the people who have resisted the oppression of the World Government for so long are, ironically enough, the ones who are close to figuring out the truth, and that Roger was hoping for this the day he died and announced his treasure was up for grabs. Vegapunk's words rile up people all over the world, with pirates on Hachinosu hoping Blackbeard returns soon so they can go and find it. Meanwhile, the people of Cross Guild come to admire and respect Buggy even more because they assume he was with the rest of the crew when they discovered the true history, unaware he did not go because he was sick that day. Even the Marines wish to find it, only to be reminded the safety of the people comes first. Regardless, Vegapunk admits that the person who finds the One Piece may not be who Joy Boy wanted, but there is no stopping its discovery, for the fate of the world rests in who finds it.

Trivia
- The title of the chapter is a reference to a quote from Gol D. Roger in Chapter 100, where he listed three things that "cannot be stopped": Inherited will, people's dreams, and the ebb and flow of the ages.
- The other two have previously been used as the titles of Chapter 145 and Chapter 225.
- Originally, the cover page of this chapter was going to be a picture of the Straw Hats making a small model of the Going Merry together, but Eiichiro Oda changed to a picture of Nami halfway through.[1]
