- Like with the other enemies in DINO'S DIG, it has more EXP on ONE DAY LEFT (OMORI ROUTE).
- Alongside CELERY, CILANTRO, and GINGER, SPROUT BUNNY is placed within the RAIN TOWN subsection of the game's "Enemies" database folder. This suggests that those enemies were originally planned to be fought there instead of DINO'S DIG.
- Killing BUNNIES is a requirement to complete the RABBIT KILLER sidequest and BUNNY EXTERMINATOR achievement. However, killing SPROUT BUNNIES will not be counted for both the sidequest and the achievement, which is likely an oversight left by the developers.
