The Explorer[2], also known as the Off Road Buggy[3], was a buggy that previously belonged to Jordana. Following the Ritual of the Blood Moon, Arin became the new owner of the buggy until Bleckt had it thrown in to the City of Temples' junkyard.

Arin and Sora used the buggy while on a quest to find the former's parents in the Land of Madness. They stopped the buggy upon seeing the matriarch from the Land of the Three Mountains lying weakly on the ground.

The ninja had difficulty finding a vehicle for the Cavern Run. Arin offered the Explorer, but it was damaged and thrown into the junkyard.
Official description
Team up with the ninja crew as they speed through the Shadow Forest in a supercool Ninja Off-Road Buggy Car. Arin is in the vehicle’s cockpit with Baby Riyu flying beside him, as Climber Cole swings through the trees with his climbing hook. They must confront the threat posed by villainous pair Cinder and the Wolf Mask Claw Warrior, who want to seize power for the evil Lord Ras. Can you stop them?[4]

- The buggy is the second vehicle that wasn't originally Arin's, but was owned by an antagonist before Arin used it. The first was the Dragon Mech.
