Clearstone is the hardest substance known in Ninjago. It is used to protect potentially dangerous relics in the Ninjago Museum of History.

Dr. Saunders tells the ninja that the case for the Yin Blade is made of solid Clearstone. Cole is able to reach through the clearstone and grab the Yin Blade; because he's a ghost.

When the ninja try to get a Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu, they can't open the case. Cole notes that it's probably Clearstone, but that's not clear, as Nya found that the case could be easily opened.
