Event Stories, also known as Records, are a type of side story in NieR Reincarnation. They are obtained by participating in limited time events.
Characteristics
Event Stories are often supplemental stories for existing Reincarnation characters, though some act as crossovers with other titles such as NieR:Automata, NieR Replicant, and Drakengard 3. Other Event Stories are crossovers with other series entirely, such as Final Fantasy XIV and Persona 5 Royal.
Playing an event story's missions drops medals that can be exchanged for costumes, weapons, and other items exclusive to that event.
