Fragment, or Team F, is an organization that was created by the Man with the Scar for the purpose of finding togabitos and decoding a document with information about them. Though, Team F did betray him at some point, so they no longer work with their creator, and don't work with Shiki anymore as well.
Overview
Fragment, also going by the name of Team F, is an organization full of researchers. In their current life, members work in facilities for the purpose of different researches that they want to follow/have their work to be related to it. The team's actions and researches goals exist to save the world from anything that they see as "dangerous" or "harmful", togabito are being one of those since Fragment and society fears them and do not wish for their existence to continue happening.
Their reputation, in the team's eyes at least, is making the world better without having humanity to be ruined. And they should be praised for saving the world with their actions.
Description
For now, it's unknown if Fragment has a one building for all members to gather, but what we know is that they have quite a few, or even a lot, of facilities scattered over different places and areas, and each one of them has a different theme, and obviously members that work in those facilities. For example, the facility Researcher 001 is from a facility focused on medicine and animal testing.
That aside, Team F also have a thing they took away from Shiki; parts they took away from the "key" the other organization is after. The known parts are a document and a data chip, and a third part that is unknown but crucial to the "key"'s functionality.
The organization has a few goals, but their main one is protecting humanity from being erased or destroyed from togabito's existence, since Team F sees those as a threat.
History
The Man with the Scar created the special organization Fragment to try to decode a document that contains information about the Togabito and the records about them. Though, in the end, after Team F was able to decode the document to be able to read the truth about togabito and their powers registered within it, they betrayed Shiki and ran away.
