Chimney Harminc (煙突 Entotsu) is a supporting character in the Nanbaka Web Manga. She is the owner of a famous confectionery called "Chimney Chimney". She is Shiro's teacher, and as of Chapter 278, heads the Nanba Prison Branch of Chimney Chimney.
Appearance
Chimney has fair skin, sharp teeth and scars on her face. She has past waist-length long ash blonde hair and wears white gloves, a white shirt exposing her midriff, a red tie, a hat and black knee-high shoes.
Personality
Chimney is a woman with a very loud and noisy personality. She is very confident about her appearance and her capacity as a pastry cook.
Background
When she was a kid, she ate the hardest sweets in the world, and it caused her to have her teeth chipped by them.reference not provided
Her store Chimney Chimney is incredibly successful, specializing in Western-style sweets and desserts.[1] Notable customers of her includes Shin Sauzando, Kiji Mitsuba, and Kaazu officials. She was also Shiro's teacher.
Plot
Lunch Death Match Event
Chimney Harminc is introduced during the Lunch Death Match Event, arriving at Nanba Prison to personally deliver an order for sweets set by Shin Sauzando. Before delivering the order, she stops at Building 13 to visit her student, Shiro.[2] Upon arrival, she interrupts the Lunch Death Match, where Shiro is fighting against Rock and Liang, with the prize for the winner being the Ultimate Lunch prepared by Shiro. After understanding the situation, Chimney decides to join the fight on Shiro's side, and offers to add the dessert she has brought along as part of the winners' prize.[3]
Rock and Liang win the Lunch Death Match, and she hands over the dessert. After that, she goes to Shin, for whom the dessert was originally for. As recompense for the missed delivery, she decides by herself to open a Chimney Chimney branch in Nanba Prison, managed by herself.[4]
Building 6 Arc
Chimney recommends the inmates of Building 13, Cell 13 to be invited to the Building 6 Food Sampling Event.[5]

Death Hand Mixer
Her iconic combat technique, Death Hand Mixer, is a technique which involves rotating the user's hand at astonishing speeds[6], in such a way that breaks through solid rock.[7]

She is an accomplished and highly regarded patissier, known for her incredible Western-style desserts.
Relationships
Shiro
Shiro is Chimney's culinary student. She is exceptionally close to him, deciding to visit him before she delivered a food order to Shin. They teamed up to fight together in the Lunch Death Match
Trivia
- It is possible that Chimney has also taught the Building 3 inmate, Haru, as they both have the Death Hand Mixer technique, and Haru states that he learnt it from his master.[7]
