The Zelbinion is a Peacekeeper command carrier. Known as one of the most feared ships in the Peacekeeper armada, the Zelbinion went missing in battle over 100 cycles ago. The ship had been boarded by Nebari, and all its crew was killed, leaving only Captain Selto Durka as the sole survivor (though he faked his death to avoid Nebari capture).
When Rygel was deposed as dominar and captured by the Peacekeepers, the Zelbinion was the first ship he was tortured on.
In the Farscape episode "PK Tech Girl," the Moya crew come across the wreckage of the Zelbinion drifting in Nebari space. They encounter a Peacekeeper tech named Gilina, who had been sent there with a Peacekeeper unit by Crais to survey the vessel. However, an alien species called the Sheyang attacked the Zelbinion to salvage it for parts, and only Gilina survived.
