Kyvan is a shopkeeper who appears in the Farscape episode "Picture If You Will." She owns a commerce ship, and sells a Hynerian tiara to Rygel and gives a portrait to Chiana.
When the portrait begins to predict the future, resulting in the supposed deaths of Chiana and D'Argo, Aeryn Sun and Rygel confront Kyvan. She reveals herself to be an alter ego created by Maldis, who made the portrait to get back at Zhaan following the events of "That Old Black Magic."
Later, Zhaan instructs Aeryn to kill Kyvan, and without hesitation, she shoots Kyvan, who then explodes into shards of glass. Kyvan's death weakens Maldis enough for Zhaan to defeat him.
