SCENE 1 Gina takes attendance at day care, but Baby Bear doesn't respond when his name is called. He explains he will no longer answer to that name, believing it doesn't suit him anymore (he's not a baby anymore, he's a full-grown bear). He plans to go through life nameless, but the others (Telly, Lexine, and Rose) convince him of the issues that'll bring up. He begins brainstorming for a new name.

SCENE 2 Everyone thinks Baby Bear should keep his name as he rattles off more ideas for a new one. He finally realizes the perfect name - "Not a Baby Bear." This causes an issue when a delivery woman (Fran Brill) arrives with a package of Instant Porridge for Baby Bear from his grandmother and he's forced to decline, lest his reputation be scorn. He becomes upset losing the porridge, but knows a solution - calling up his grandmother and having the porridge sent back to his new name.

Not a Baby Bear decides to talk it over with an adult with lifetime experience... Papa Bear.
