The guests are as follows: Tío José (Luis' uncle), Mrs. Figueroa (Maria's mother), Susan and Gordon with Miles, David, Uncle Wally, Gina, Mr. Macintosh, Big Bird, Oscar, Grundgetta, The Two-Headed Monster, Herry, Telly, Bert, Ernie, the Count, Cookie Monster, Mumford, Grover, assorted kids, Richard Termine, and Martha O'Connor (children's casting director for the show). SCENE 1 | In the early morning, on the rooftop of 123 Sesame Street, Maria tells Linda how excited she is about her wedding that will be held there later today. Maria is feeling a mix of all kinds of emotions and wishes she can shout at the top of her voice. Linda encourages her to do so: "I'm deaf!" Maria admits that she couldn't sleep a wink last night in her excited state, and knows Luis feels the same way. The camera then cuts to Luis in bed, shutting his clock's alarm off and getting more shut-eye. This scene was omitted from the 2019 DVD release. |
