Mr. Hooper and Maria give some tips on what they know about Big Bird's "imaginary friend" before David heads out, and shortly after Big Bird stops by the store and tends to the phone call from "Snuffy." Maria and Mr. Hooper try suppressing her laughter as Big Bird recaps the phone call for them before leaving. Just when the adults think they've proven that Snuffy isn't real, David returns and admits he didn't have the right change and couldn't use the phone, leaving Mr. Hooper and Maria bewildered. |

Barkley emerges from hiding and the man informs them that Barkley is not the one he's looking for. When the man spots his actual dog down the block and dashes off after him, Olivia remarks, "Talk about a shaggy dog story..." |
