Niharet is a Human follower of the Chitin Court from Amonkhet.[1]
Description
Niharet has long, curly hair and usually carries a khopesh.[1]
History
Niharet and her partner, Mahitab, were the last surviving crop-mates of Basri Ket.[1] She was once opinionated, self-possessed, and clever. After she spoke out of turn too many times and spoke of gods that were meant to be forgotten, she was branded a dissenter and sealed in a sarcophagus. Mahitab freed her during the Hour of Devastation, but she was changed, losing much of her personality and gaining claustrophobia and persistent night terrors.
Disillusioned with the primary Amonkheti pantheon, she became a follower of the Chitin Court.[1] After the War of the Spark, she and Mahitab were among the crew who entombed Temmet. Four years later, they returned to the tomb with Basri, Marunaten, and Merinaten to disentomb the former vizier. After Niharet revealed her allegiance to the Chitin Court and the Monarchs, the two split.
