Synopsis
The Mr. Meaty food chain introduces a brand new burger only meant to be eaten by girls. However, Parker has eaten 12 girly burgers and glugged down the special Girly Sauce, and things escalated quickly for Parker.
Plot
In this episode, the Miss Meaty Burger got introduced to Mr. Meaty restaurants by the owner and founder, Edward R. Carney, explaining to the audience that this isn't any ordinary burger. This burger has one/eighth of the calories with lettuce, cheese, and beef. They also have Girly Sauce infused with girl x growth hormones to go with the burger. It helps a young girl to mature in mere minutes quickly. When he finished talking about it, a narrator said that it isn't for boys.
Meanwhile, Josh tries to sell the Miss Meaty burgers to girls in exchange for their phone numbers, but none of them don't accept. Parker, however, has eaten 12 Miss Meaty Burgers and glugged down the special Girly Sauce, not knowing the consequences after eating these 12 burgers to which painfully transitions him into a girl. Parker sees this as a nightmare. Josh saw his transition and thought about a clever way to get back to those girls about why they act like disliking him so much.
At Pantosphere, Josh gives Parker a makeover. When Ashley, Ashley 2, and Brittany come in, Josh tells them that Parker is his cousin from the farm, and her name is "Parkerina." As Josh runs off, the girls decide to take Parkerina to hang out and get shopping. To her surprise, Parkerina ends up enjoying it, befriending the group of girls. When Parkerina returns to Josh after partying with the girls, she has become more like a girl (due to hanging out with them and picking up their behaviors). However, Josh tells her that it's time for her to go into the girls' restroom. Parkerina initially refuses, but Josh eventually convinces her to do it.
In the restroom, Parkerina finds out the reason why the girls tend to hate Josh. To these girls, they see Josh has been devised to the groove as a user because for various reasons (one being that two weeks ago, Ashley 2 went to the movies with Josh, and he made her pay for the whole thing, including the extra butter. Another reason is that Tanya tells Parkerina that Josh said he was her boyfriend, so she lent him her hair crimper, and he never gave it back.).
Parkerina gets angry with Josh (implicitly because she realized Josh's entire plan has involved using her as well) and rallies the girls to give Josh a piece of their mind, but at the very moment, she turns back into a boy. The group of girls becomes even angrier because the group of girls saw Parkerina detransitions back to Parker. With Parkerina detransitioned, they thought that this a plot to spy on them.
Parker tries to warn Josh about the girls, but he doesn't know what he meant by that. Parker hides in the freezer hopes that the girls wouldn't get him, but instead, they got Josh. The group of girls got Josh and shoved him to the burger display stand. When Parker comes out from the freezer to help Josh out, he found Josh has transitioned into a girl. Josh told Parker that call me "Joshalyn." A boy saw Joshalyn wanting to go out with her, leaving her disgusted by him, thus ending the episode.

Trivia
General
- This episode, in particular, is the only episode to be ever officially released on DVD for the first and last time. It was released on Nick Picks Volume 5 and is the only home media release of the series.
- Nick Picks 5 also had their own synopsis for this episode as well. It reads: "Parker turns into a girl from eating too many Miss Meaty burgers! With his new persona, he goes undercover to discover why girls never pay him any mind."
- This episode is the second time where new meat-based food got released into Mr. Meaty restaurants. Buffalo Burrito got released first following The Miss Meaty Burger, and so on.
- As for Parker to turn into Parkerina, there weren't many dramas over the transgender topic back then in 2006. It's because LGBTQ+ wasn't that widespread that used to be far more unknown compared to now. As such, the episode title card features x chromosomes.
Goofs
- When Parker returns to Josh for a little talk about the girls hating Josh, in the background, this blonde lady with a red shirt mysteriously appeared out of nowhere.
- When Parker turns into Parkerina, his deep boy voice turns to a distinctively high girly voice caused by the hormones from the Girly Sauce. In reality, the girl hormones do not affect turning your voice into a high feminine voice.
