The Toy Fairs are annual events that take place in London, Nuremberg, and New York. The Toy Fairs show off new toy releases for the upcoming year. LEGO has their own booths for the fairs, with Mixels being one of the themes previewed.
London, England, United Kingdom
The London Toy Fair is one of the first Toy Fairs of the year nationally. As such, it is also one of the first places the new Mixels are introduced. However, the London Toy Fair is an exclusive event, with only a certain amount of people allowed to come. As such, pictures are not allowed at this one.
2014
The 2014 London Toy Fair marked the first appearances of Series 2 and 3.
2015
The 2015 London Toy Fair marked the first appearances of Series 5 and 6.
2016
The 2016 London Toy Fair was mysteriously absent of Mixels sets, despite the previewing of various other LEGO products. However, a poster for the theme was up at the event.[1]
Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany
The Nuremberg Toy Fair is opened around a week after the London one, and is the first one open to the public. Pictures are allowed at this Toy Fair.
2014
The 2014 Nuremberg Toy Fair marked the first appearances of Series 2 and 3 for the general public.

The 2015 Nuremberg Toy Fair marked the first appearances of Series 5 and 6 to the general public.
2016
The 2016 Nuremberg Toy Fair marked the first appearances of Series 8 and 9, both to the general public; and for the latter's case, in general.
New York City, New York, United States
The New York Toy Fair is opened about a month after the London one, and is also open to the public. This is one of the more popular ones, and the most common place for official photographs to be found.

2015
The 2015 New York Toy Fair is where pictures of Series 5 and 6 were commonly released from.
2016
The 2016 New York Toy Fair is where pictures of Series 8 and 9 were commonly released from.
Trivia
- The sets displayed at the Toy Fairs can often be inacurrate to the final model, with accidentally added or removed pieces. This was heavily seen in the 2016 fairs.
- Series 1 won the London Toy Fair's "Best New Toy Award" in the Pocket Money category.[2]
